How to Purchase at Trailline
Choose the items you like to purchase, make sure you have the right size, please see size chart and click to add item into your shopping cart.
Once you have all your items in the cart, go to buy, choose your form of credit card payment and fill out the information on the form. Also, choose the delivery you want, and add to cart. Make sure that you have indicated the correct address with suite or apt. number so that your package arrives quickly.

Returns & Replacements
In case you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our service department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your purchase. However, if the cause of the return was a mistake on your part, such as the wrong size, color, we will not be able to accept the transaction. Once you contact us with the reason for the return, we will send you via email a return address. Once we receive your package, Trailline will inspect it and will follow the conditions established below:
The conditions for returning the product are:
- The product(s) must be unwashed and unworn;
- The product(s) must have all tag(s) internal and external still attached;
- The return package must have proof of purchase inside to assist in faster return/credit time;
- All return packages must be paid and insured by the customer;
- In case of a refund all items are subject to banks and shipping handling fees;
- Any item purchased as a promotional item are final sale, no returns please.
Trailline reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting a return. Trailline will not accept any products that do not comply with the conditions listed above.
